Returns. We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags, packaging, and documentation included. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Exchanges. Exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition, including all packaging and documentation. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details — exchanges are subject to product availability.

Repairs and size adjustments. We offer complimentary repairs and size adjustments within 90 days from the date of delivery. This service is free and covers manufacturing defects or size modifications needed to ensure your jewelry fits perfectly. Contact our customer support team to arrange it.
